CITY CENTRE: The City Centre project is been taken up under re-development of Old Assembly Secretariat site funded by MoHUA. It proposes to integrate complex combining commercial, hospitality, recreational, and parking facilities. It will include retail shops, restaurants, a gaming zone, and the city’s first multiplex to boost business and employment, along with a premium 3 star hotel featuring a conference hall, restaurant, terrace, and well-designed suites. The project also includes a mini sports complex with a gym, badminton courts, and a rooftop futsal court. A multi-level car parking facility will address urban parking challenges. The Project is spread across an area of 5.29 acres approx aimed to create a planned multi purpose ground at the centre of the city. The project aims to accommodate diverse needs, i ncorporating commercial areas and abundant parking facilities.
